Power Flow

Our Power Flow class is inspired by Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga which is based on the teachings of Baron Baptiste. It is a holistic practice based on a set sequence that causes you to breathe, focus, flow, build strength, and sweat, all while having fun and empowering you to access your greatest self. You will leave the class feeling peaceful, rejuvenated, and inspired. Reclaim your full potential, discover creativity, awaken passion, and create authenticity, confidence and new possibilities on the yoga mat and in your life.

The practice is appropriate for all people. Modifications are provided in each pose to meet your bodies needs just as your body is today. Temperature is typically done in 32 to 35 °C and it may be done is a less heated room.

Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic yoga with New Angle Yoga consists of yoga based exercise (including sequences of poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation techniques) planned and performed to attain a specific physical benefit, such as improvement of the range of motion, strengthening of weakened muscles, increased joint flexibility, or improved cardiovascular and respiratory function. Therapeutic yoga may target the physical body through movement and breath in order to bring freedom (from pain, stiffness, and irritation) to the cellular tissues that store the memory of past physical and/or emotional injuries.
