40 Days to Personal Revolution is a breakthrough program designed by Baron Baptiste to radically change your body and awaken your soul. Through yoga, meditation, and personal inquiry work you will be supported in awakening a Whole NEW You!
Meetings on Wednesdays 7:00pm - 8:15pm

How Does It Work?
Yoga Practice: aim to practice 6 days/week (Bonus if you practice at the studio.) You will be given a variety of tools to support your practice wherever you are.
Meditation: Daily. Participants get a set of recorded meditations associated with the program.
Self Inquiry: Readings and Journalling. A theme each week will guide you to deep self discovery.
Mindful Eating: Not a diet. The program does include a fruit cleanse and focuses on adding in healthy habits as opposed to restricting yourself.
