Align to Your Power is a 3 part series designed to empower you to align your body in each pose to create a powerful and sustainable yoga practice. These workshops will transform your practice!

Thursdays 7:15 pm - 8:15pm
January 9, 16, and 23
- Part 1: Mountain (Tadasana) Is Your Foundation
- Part 2: Sun Salutations Create Flow
- Part 3: Backbends Make Space for Something New
Great for beginners as well as seasoned yogis.
Investment:
Members: Free
Non Members: $45 for all 3 OR use class passes to drop in on one or two workshops.
If you have a class pass or membership, sign up via Mindbody for each workshop individually.
