Power of the Pelvis Yoga Anatomy Workshop

Discover the key to creating power and freedom in your yoga practice. In this workshop you will explore the functional anatomy of your pelvis as it applies to all common yoga postures. Get clear on what it means to tuck your tailbone and how to position your pelvis for optimal alignment.

All levels welcome! Students will better understand their own body as they move through common postures and teachers will improve their ability to observe alignment and provide appropriate cues and modifications.

The workshop will consist of interactive lectures and activities with anatomical models, videos, and a manual. We will conclude with a full asana practice to integrate what you discover.

Lead Trainer

Dr. Trish Corley is an internationally recognized Baptiste certified yoga teacher/trainer, a doctor of physical therapy, and a former anatomy professor. Her classes and trainings are known for inspiring participants to make the transformation they seek while having fun!
